We’ll keep this page updated as Government guidelines evolve.
We’ve made important changes to our in-home services to keep both you and our advisors safe. These changes include strict social distancing rules and protective equipment for our colleagues.
Latest update 6 January 2021
England, Wales and Northern Ireland: In line with the government’s guidance, in-home appointments are allowed during the current lock down.
If you already have an appointment booked with us, please do not worry – it will go ahead unless you hear from us.
Scotland: We are sorry, we are unable to make appointments in Scotland.
Keeping you safe at home
Our advisors will only come to work and attend appointments if they, and the rest of their household, are free from Coronavirus and its symptoms.
We will call you on the day of your appointment to check that you and your household are free from symptoms. We can reschedule your appointment if needed.
Your advisor will observe strict social distancing measures throughout your appointment in accordance with the government guidelines.
All of our advisors wear safety clothing such as gloves, masks and shoe covers and will disinfectant any surfaces that they come into contact with.
